White Grape Pear Juice

I was inspired to craft this juice by my admiration for Ocean Spray's white grape juice.

Honestly, it surpasses their offering in freshness and satisfaction, though I may be biased toward the vibrant taste of fresh juices.

This blend boasts delicate hints of pear and grapes, packing a punch of essential nutrients. Pears contribute Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and copper, while white grapes introduce Vitamin E and potassium. Together, they promote heart health, enhance blood circulation, regulate blood pressure, combat inflammation, and address clotting issues like Atherosclerosis.

Needless to say, it's a household favorite for me, and I aim to whip up a batch at least twice a month.

A word of caution: consuming large quantities of white grapes can upset the stomach, potentially inducing diarrhea. While I've experienced no adverse effects, it's wise to exercise moderation.

It's worth noting that this recipe leans toward a more nuanced sweetness, but you can easily adjust the sugar content or sweeteners to suit your preferences.

White Grape Pear Juice Recipe

What you need:
  1. 4 Whole Pears
  2. 3 cups of white grapes
  3. 3 bottles of 16 oz spring water
  4. 2 cups of stevia sweetener
  5. 1/3 cup of cane sugar

 Instructions:
  1. Prepare your fruit by washing it thoroughly and removing the grapes from their vines.
  2. Follow the juicer's instructions to process the fruit.
  3. Once the juice is collected in a pitcher, add water and sugar(s) according to your taste preferences, then stir gently.
  4. Secure the lid and give the pitcher a shake for thorough mixing.
While you can serve the juice over ice immediately, I highly recommend allowing it to chill in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours; the flavors meld beautifully when given time to meld.

Your freshly made juice will maintain its crispness and taste for 5-7 days. After this period, it's best to discard any remaining juice and start fresh.

Please note, this recipe is not suitable for blending as the pears can be tough, and the grape skins may cause clogging. For optimal results, use a juicer. Here's a budget-friendly juicer that I've found to work well.
